The figures tell the story – Workshop

DIGITAL LIBRARY

Description

This update version reflects on what changes have occurred in the last seven years using figures from the 1991 census and some of the more recent publications such as Mason Durie's "Whaiora, Maori Health Development". What effect are Maori efforts and strategies having? How are the Pakeha institutions measuring up in terms of statistical outcomes for Maori? Is there a different picture emerging in the mid 1990's?
