No personal information collected by Treaty Resource Centre is released to any external party unless at least one of the following applies

There is an issue of safety for the person and/or others
There is a legal requirement to provide the information (e.g. to a court)
The person (or in the case of a child, their custodian) has given written permission
The person has been advised before the information is collected that it will be shared with others (including who will have access and why)
